What Documents Can You Send to Japan?
- Academic certificates, transcripts and character certificates

Do not put cash, cards, jewelry or any other item in a document envelope. Documents must be paper only. Anything else is sent as a normal parcel.

Tips for Sending Important Documents
- Put papers in a plastic sleeve so they stay dry and flat.
- Write the receiver's phone number clearly. It helps if the delivery person needs to call.
- If the documents are urgent, send them separately from your parcel, because parcels take 10–14 business days.
