How to Track Your Parcel
- Keep the tracking number we send you on WhatsApp or SMS.
- Check the parcel status online with the tracking number.
- If the status does not change for several days, message us the tracking number on WhatsApp and we will check it for you.
What Do the Tracking Updates Mean?
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Dispatched from Nepal | Your parcel has left Kathmandu. |
| Arrived in Japan | The parcel has landed and is waiting for customs. |
| Customs / quarantine check | Japanese customs is inspecting the parcel. Food items are checked more closely. |
| Out for delivery | The parcel is on its way to the receiver. |
| Delivered | The receiver has the parcel. |
What If Your Parcel Is Late?
Parcels normally take 10–14 business days, and documents 4–6 days (see delivery times). If it is taking longer:
- Check if the parcel is in customs. Japanese customs or quarantine checks can add a few days.
- Make sure the receiver's phone number is correct. The delivery company may call before delivery.
- Message us the tracking number on WhatsApp at +977-9857083966.
Avoid delays before you send: parcels with restricted food are the most common reason for delays. Read what food, gifts and clothes you can send.
